    Default New By-Law Committee Head!

    If you haven't heard I'm the new head of the By-Law Committee

    so Andrew informed me that presently we have no by-laws...just great, anyway our first meeting is gonna be on thursday at 5:30 before riding training. I NEED as many people as possible and bring ideas
